Did anyone else see the anti-self-driving Tesla ad? Or was that market specific? Basically showed a self-driving Tesla crashing into dummies and swerving all over the roads and just generally performing poorly/dangerously. In the end the group made a pleas to the NHSB to remove self-driving Tesla’s from the road.

Overall a pretty weak lineup of commercials. A lot of companies wasted a lot of money.

The only two, I thought were really good,we’re

1) etrade - toddlers at a wedding

2) Premature Electrification (start, stop, start, stop......)

All others were pretty forgettable

I liked the "Don't call yourself a rockstar" commercial. Except I don't even remember the company name, which I believe is the point of spending over $5M on a commercial?

I was enjoying it until it was revealed that it was for F’n WorkDay. Almost made me want to burn my Joan Jett Fan Club Membership Card.

I liked the dog food commercial but it’s almost too sentimental/sad.

most of these just felt like companies thinking that if they can just shove more and more celebs into the spot, we'll buy in.

Someone famously said ‘half of what I spend on advertising is wasted - problem is I know know which half.’ Psst - Super Bowl ads.

For the most part the commercials were so-so. My wife had to point that was John Travolta in the one commercial. Had no idea he was bald as a cue ball.
