It doesn't matter who there playing when they are making simple throws to wide open receivers the same throws that are QB consistently throws over the receivers head. Short wide open throws should be made by any QB at any division 1 level college program. I can understand that someone who flunked out of elementary school like yourself would have trouble understanding this
