Just like Neil, Darrin Headrick won't do much baseball until women's hoops is over. That was Dick Gabriel, who fills in on radio, and does TV games.
Headrick is pretty good. Not Price, but few are. Not upset with having Headrick. Gabriel is pretty terrible though.
Yeah. Dick a good guy and certainly 110% UK-er but Neil is a tough act to follow.
I have a very good friend who had a confrontation with DG and can't stand him...he is a true bluer, but is horrible at radio baseball.

I'm not going to put Dick Gabriel down because I'll listen to the game anyway. He is a bit boring. I liked Neil really well. I just got the feeling that I was sitting beside a really knowledgeable baseball person while watching the game with Neil. He could describe what was happening including the emotion and momentum while also relaying stats and facts to complement the game action.
UK kind of takes the cheap route in Baseball broadcasting, most Power 5 schools have a 2 man crew for radio. Most split PxP and color commentary.
