You know, that's not a bad comparison. I really hope it ends up not being accurate though.

Am I the only one who thinks that Pope's coaching staff is a bunch of guys that no one else would even want? We also have several players that don't look to even be UK level talent. Unfortunately, both of those are a reflection of the coach. I really like Pope, so it's hard for me to even say that. Every bad game is making it more difficult for him in the future because he isn't a proven coach yet.

I hate it's not going the way it should because by all accounts coach is a standup guy, and undoubtedly loves the place.... But by his own admission this is Kentucky our standards are better than whatever the hell that was, and against Gtown, I can let the UL thing slide because they were out of their minds even though getting down 20 twice was quite concerning ....

He's gotta figure it out and he better be doing it fast. BBN dont play over basketball. The fans will just get increasingly more unsettled this is Kentucky, the premier basketball program in the country. That showing was embarrassing at best.

It certainly feels like it the more time goes on. I don’t think it’s a coincidence that we keep getting our top options going elsewhere.

BCG would've constructed a better roster if you gave him 22 million to spend. Ignore the fact that 4 million would've been spent at the bar at the Merrick Inn.
4 of his players were key contributors in 2010, 2011, and 2012.

Our chances of being a 1 seed in 2010 or making the final 4 in 2011 become much more dubious if we lack Patterson in 2010 and Jorts, Liggins, and Miller in 2011.
