Wonder how much the Swanigan decision impacts Marshall's thinking. With Swanigan out, Marshall's clearly going to have every opportunity to win the starting job and, in my view, his growth will be critical to determining whether we have a chance of being a factor on the national stage. I could see the rationale for leaving if we were bringing in a highly-rated 5 who would likely assume the starting role again, but, as everything stands now, he's got a real chance to play an important role. Would think he'd want to stay and enjoy at least one year of significant playing time.
