Anything to this?

Looks like a WR, 2015 grad with pretty good offers. 6'3" 175. Must've had some grade issues that could've scared some off. Nice late pick up if true, would this mean Gossier isn't going to make it?

Good pickup from a kid who is very motivated. Ill take South Florida WR's. Taking this kid could help UK make new friends down there.

This will help Eddie Gran's already strong goodwill amongst the coaching community in South Florida.

After reading this it appears that he committed to Wisconsin but didn't get the ACT score he needed

Wisconsin requires one ore core class to get admitted than the NCAA does, we picked up an OL committed there because of that in the 15 class. I don't know if they require a higher ACT than the NCAA does to get admitted.

Definitely confused by this. Since UK has him listed on the roster, doesn't than mean has has either signed a LOI or enroll?

There's an entire group: http://www.ukathletics.com/page/compliance
Sandy is the Executive Director, but my guess is that Rachel Baker now does most of the work. Sandy went way overboard on a conservative interpretation of the rules.
Wasn't the conservative approach the reason Sandy was hired. To clean up the mess basketball had created? Are you saying that we now have a slightly less rigid standard than what it would be if Sandy had her way. I am just curious, I am not trying to be belligerent. Did I interpret your statement correctly is what I am asking.
