I can't say one way or the other based of that blurry picture. Heck, he looks like scarface to me.

FBI is joining the investigation. Probably a pretty good bet it was terrorism. Nothing confirmed, but we will see.

They are saying he was shooting a woman's name before opening fire. Probably Alice Akbar.
Because the shooter isn't a white guy or a cop. If it was a white guy we would know his name and almost every detail about him by now. We know nothing except the picture we have, and the media isn't talking about it at all.
Shooter looks unmistakably Amish to me.
