He’ll give empty platitudes about it’s on all of us, starting with the coaches…. blah blah blah. It’s like Rich Kotite- the blame always started with him yet nothing was ever fixed.

When James needs cover after the season, it’s getting hard to keep firing offensive and defensive coordinators and expect people to accept that as fixing the issue. Eventually they notice that coordinators come and go but James remains and so does the problem.
