Yes I’m serious. And don’t mistake this for a guy who is drowning in disappointment. I just didn’t want to pay 6 million for a guy who has never proven to be better than mediocre.

You do realize he had almost nothing to work with at Purdue which prob has a better SOS than UL? He's also killing it on the recruiting trail at Purdue. Just think how well he would have recruited to UL.

Have you ever competed against a Brohm? It's not about the 'innovative' offense. Not about hanging 40 on you. It's about his ability to transcend his desire to win the game onto and into his players.

Think we might be lacking a bit over here in that department?

I think Brohm will be a great coach time will show this. However as far as I am concerned he is now a Hoosier and I don't want to see him at anymore Trinity games.

Bumping this to reflect an opinion held by a rational group of Louisville fans who didn’t worship at the Church of Brohm.

His ability to get the entite team on the same page is worth the price-tag. Add in next years recruiting class and it will be fun to watch his brand of football.

It was a business decision for Brohm. He is save at Purdue, because thier expectations are low. He admitted that he did not want the challenge of rebuilding Louisville. The real question is should his jersey still be on the wall in Cardinal Stadium? It does show signs of a weak character.

It shows a weak character because he has a good job, makes a bunch of money, and is setting himself up to be successful these next 2 years? Come on... I get the disappointment and I do understand the hometown guy aspect but weak character... not so.
