So I was cleaning out my emails today, and ran across a sales promotion from a well-known Husker merchandiser. I've ordered stuff their previously, but frankly wanted to thin down all of my unwanted emails. When I want Husker stuff or anything else, I know where to go get it.

When I hit the unsubscribe button, they asked for the reason I wanted to unsubscribe and provided several options. One of them read "The content is no longer relevant to me". Sadly, I checked this box.

I still rock my Husker gear and always will, but this response really hit the nail on the head.

Not gonna slam you OP like most fans probably will and I get it. Fans are more impulsive to buy sports apparel when your team is doing well. I mean, It's not like we have any new gear coming out from year to year (no cool championship tees, no new slogans,no large bowl game bids, etc.).
