Merry Christmas guys. I am excited that the Lord is still working in nickris family and blessed to have friends and family that I can count on. Wanna wish a Merry Christmas to Crazie4life and excited that this time next year there will be a Mrs. Crazie joining the family. Crazie is like a brother to me and wish him and everyone a Merry Christmas.

I know I probably wasn't missed, but I just got back on here after a week of not being able to post due to a Computer hiccup. I have been lost.
Wow, what a time to be able to get back on here, a time when I can be thankful for all that I have, and a time to wish all of you that safest and Happiest of Holidays. May you all have a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!!
And please, keep the "Christ" in Christmas! God Bless from Ohio.
Go Duke!!

gottago, I actually live in Columbus, but am just outside of the city, and due to location & number of Post Offices, I have a Groveport address. Been in the Columbus area for approx. 17 years, but I used to live in the Cambridge/New Concord area for 3 years.
I have camped (years ago!) on the banks of the Mohican River and did take a Canoe trip down the river. Did some Archery & Horse back riding there also. Really like that area but don't camp anymore. One of the things I really miss from my younger days.
Thanks for the nice comment about me not being on here, it is greatly appreciated. Again, Merry Christmas!
Go Duke!!

I wasn't on here for a little while either, but I know you were missed. As you said, JCC, a lot to be thankful for in our lives.

Merry Christmas to all of my DI buddies and Merry Christmas to THR GO DUKE. OFC

I find the need to add that I hope, wish and pray that Mike Irby and gottagonow defeat the challenge and illness they are battling. . Also the same wishes and prayers go out the members of this board who have loved one's who are battling health issues such as nickris' daughter Dani, OADD's wife Rose and FTB's wife Sarah my wife mother-in-law Pauline who is 98 and has dementia and my wife Debbie who cares for her 24/7 and any of those I have over looked please forgive me if I have. My heart is full at this moment for those who have challenges to face each day and those burdens will be lightened or go away soon. OFC

One way I always keep Christ in Christmas is being loving toward people of other faiths or non-faiths, too. There's some irony in some of the greatest witnesses to Christ's glory being seen through refraining from pointing it out so overtly in some moments.

We got a puppy as an early Christmas present a few weeks ago. She's a handful. We wanted to wait after our last dog died until our youngest was old enough he was less likely to get mauled (or to deserve it) and the oldest still had enough time at home that she'd get to experience another dog. The middle kid had lobbied the hardest for a new dog for a couple years, and she broke down in tears when we walked in from our "date" that was secretly the puppy pick-up. Yesterday was great, too.

That was special and you both will remember that for the rest of your lives.

Sky you say the nicest things and its greatly appreciated to be remembered. I wish everyone could have good health except those who take happiness and health from others. Your wife must be a special lady as I know thats a difficult task she has if its 24/7.

Spent Christmas and three weeks down in my swamp in Georgia, so I missed the Utah game and the bowl game, as well as sharing with you guys and gals. Back now and ready for the devils to go on a roll. Happy New Year everybody!
