That's how it is when you recruit OAD players. You don't get that excuse. You can either coach young players to play like champions, or you can't.

Also, we are 2 weeks from February. Enough with that BS excuse.

Let's also not forget, the "excuse crowd" fails to mention he has a senior McDonald All American in Quinn Cook. With other blue chip prospects like Jefferson who are also upperclassmen.

Please.

What is funny is they are saying Duke is young this year but as of right now 3 of their freshman Okafor, Winslow, and Tyus Jones are all high 1st round NBA picks on most Mock Draft Boards. Then you have Dawkins a senior and possibly Cook leaving after this year so they could lose 4 or 5 from this team.

There are only 5 or so teams younger than us. Duke is not one of them. Infact, they aren't even close.

OP, weren't you big on Duke earlier in the season? Anyway, I remember a lot of folks saying well this year's Duke is different than last year's. "This team cares more and they play defense." Yeah OK, it looks a lot like last year's matador defense. If the 3 ball is not falling, and it wasn't tonight, they are toast.

Duke isn't young, though. Jefferson, Cook, Plumlee and Sulaimon- all upperclassmen- are starters or rotation guys. This day and age, that's a veteran squad.

Another excuse they are making is they have a short bench. How can you have a short bench with 9 McDonalds All Americans?

Jersey I told you they would beat Wisconsin and they did. You didn't agree. of course, you didn't have much to say during that time. ;)

I overrated Duke it appears. Super happy about that. But I can admit things.

Virginia is the team to beat in the ACC. Duke will lose to Sextino this weekend. Jones and Rozier will have a hayday with dukes guards. K you aint in Cameroon any more you are in the chicken bucket baby. You are going to die. Duke best players are young and will get exposed in league play. Sextino will get K in Cameroon as well as long as the refs don't screw him. One and done aint easy!! If it were easy everybody could do it. K is going to have to coach this year with most of his long time asst. coaches gone. GBB

K needs work on the sandbagging. When done properly, you go to 2OT against nobodies, but you still win the game.
