This could improve out bowl options if we finish with a better record.
Doesnt surprise me at all those Florida schools if u ever pay attention to when they play each other . Games are alot of times competitive. Those players all grow up playing little legeague to high school against each other.So the intimidation factor of the name across their Jersey doesnt scare them.Easy to bring it .
Just like in days past when our Florida players would take their game up another notch versus FSU and The U.
Pure arrogance on the Miami coach’s part.... in the first half he was down 10-0, and his team failed on two separate drives to convert a third down deep in FIU’s territory. He went for it BOTH times and failed both times. So he lost by 6, and he gave away 6 points on those two possessions.
There's always a threat with "in-state" match-ups unless you're a top 5 team. Former coach of the U was @ FIU which adds another element.
their field goal kicker is not great, but he has made 11 of 19 attempts. I don’t know the weather conditions, but FIU made 3 FGs (two in the first half) and Miami made 1.
It was nothing other than a really poor choice, twice, by the Hurricanes’ coach.
