They are playing a 37-13, Big Ten leading team and are still leading 5-4 in the 7th. That may not last with Hazelwood pitching. This kind of illustrates the difference in competition between the two leagues. It was another good outing for Ramsey, though. If he can keep his mistake pitches down, he can be very good. I could see him as a weekend starter next year for sure.

He has to cut down a bunch of the mistake pitches. Given up the most on the team this year.

Hazelwood is surprising me. Looking pretty confident against such a good lineup.

That's true but he has some really good out pitches when he's on. I see a lot of movement and a lot of batters watching pitches with him.

Really good win for the Cats over what will likely be the Big Ten champs .... to go along with a win over the 2nd place Indiana Hoosiers earlier this year. Shall we say ... the SEC is a very difficult league. Now we need to get a win over Vandy in hopes of making the SEC tournament.

There are vast differences between the Big Ten and SEC. Michigan is going to get to host in the NCAA and can't beat a team trying to stay out of the bottom two in the SEC.

We hit a cool .222 against Michigan. If it weren't for Michigan pitching hitting our batters, we wouldn't have won.
