Yup, that would be Sistersville.

That group over there is like no other group of misfits that I have ever encountered. Frankly, they are all like this guy. The only difference is that Sistersville's story is so sad that I tend to be merciful with him. The rest of them can huddle together and be vaporized in a nuclear explosion and it will be a good day.
