And for all the people who thought FBS newbie James Madison should be a sure win for the Cards in few weeks, some comparative scores:

Middle Tennessee- 45
#25 Miami- 24. (4th qtr)

Appalachian St. -17
#6 Texas A&M- 14

James Madison- 44
Middle Tennessee- 7

James Madison- 32
Appalachian St.- 28

Love how we bounced back today. It was impressive from start to finish but the schedule gets increasingly tougher after BC and Virginia.

Every year after the first 3 games everybody thinks they have everything figured out. They think they know who the best teams are but it never turns out that way. I am guilty of this as well and I can only hope that Louisville is one of those teams nobody saw coming.

Sports writers were certain Cristobal would have Miami back. They wrote about it ad nauseam.

The losses are about to mount. BC is winnable, then it gets dicey. The “know your place” fans will have to do some self reflecting. Expect 5-6 losses the rest of the season.

It’s not to the point of BB yet, but this year has shown parity among the non-top 20-30 is better than ever.

You better not fool around and let a “prohibitive” dog think they have a chance.
