He is the KING of rebuilds. He's jas been on record he only takes rebuilds.

The big problem is the complete unpredictability of him. The TTech deal got him all sorts of bad pub, and his penchant for saying off the wall **** can as well. Without the events of the last 3-4 years for sure.

Now? UofL needs a coach who’ll win but, do it a little less colorfully.

What about Dana Holgorsen ? There is a rumor that either him or Leach reached out to Tyra before the press conference .Holgorsen wants out of WVU. I think he wanted the Texas Tech job.

That would be an awesome hire. His teams are tough as nails in the trenches.

Both would be GREAT !! Holgorsen was an assistant for Mike Leach at Texas Tech. Both are paid apx 3.5 mil

Stupes and Dana will have similar 2018 and 2019 seasons. WVU were loaded this year and Will Grier fell into their laps and everyone is disappointed with yet another late season collapse. They lose a lot and are looking at a .500 season next year, and everyone is fed up. Dana will likely be pushed out after the 2019 season.

No one cares about the stuff at Texas tech this many years later. Louisville would hit the lottery getting him.

I for one think the “drama” surrounding Mike Leach is overblown. He is a dam good coach.
