My wife made a "Minnesota hot dish" for tonight. it's in the 30s and 40s here in Tavares Fl. Ground beef, onions, cabbage, diced potatoes, yellow peppers, tomato sauce served over piping hot yellow rice. Hmmm good and yes my wife is from Minny and pretty hot for an 84 year old. Happy New Year.

Itās simply their name for a casserole. Ingredients vary, but cheese seems to be a non negotiable. I enjoyed my years living there, and have a degree from the U of MN so theyāre always my second favorite B10 team. I donāt miss the snow or the cold. Oof da!!
