I was thinking high powered laser pointers to the eyes could be good. You could use AI to track their eyes and have a computer fire the laser at them in short bursts that would be hard to track down if the laser was hidden in something.

That was a laptop refelecting the acreen to possibly distract or blind the shooter. I wouldn't think that was legal or legit.
