Mizzou Continues To Add On Program Best Winning Streak[/B]
The Tigers once again produced an unbeaten week of wrestling after defeating Central Michigan and North Carolina State this past weekend at the Hearnes Center. Mizzou kicked things off Saturday, Jan. 17 with a 23-12 win over Mid-American Conference (MAC) foe, Central Michigan. The following day, the Tigers were at it again as they dominated North Carolina State to the tune of a 29-10 triumph.
With the wins, Mizzou improved to a perfect 15-0 this season and have upped their all-time program winning streak to 19 consecutive duals.
Tigers Boast One Of Deepest Lineups In The Nation[/B]
Currently, the Tigers have one of the strongest starting lineups in the nation. A whopping 9-of-10 starters are currently ranked in their respective top-20 lists, including four in the top-5 and seven in the top-10.
Leading the way are redshirt senior J'den Cox (No. 1 - 197 pounds).

This dual could go so many ways, rematches at 25, 41 and 49 that were all super close. Rematch at 84, which I expect to be much closer this time. I think OSU has quite and advantage at 65 and HWT, Missouri has clear advantages at 97 and 74 if Rogers goes, less if Crutchmer goes. I think Collica is an underdog, but not too bad. It should be exciting!! GO POKES!!

I came in late and need to correct my previous post. Apparently Dolan is wrestling Houdeshelt. Houdeshelt is leading 10-2 in the third period.

This post was edited on 1/23 7:13 PM by OSUMatFan
Dolan was down 11-2 then got a double leg with a quick release and Houdeshelt wins 13-4 with riding time.

Mizzou leads 10-3

Missouri appears to be gassing in the third period in all of their matches giving up a lot of their leads.

Lavallee got a first period takedown and Collica escaped.
Second period Collica gets a quick escape to tie the score 2-2
Third period, Lavallee gets a quick escape. Lavallee in on a takedown and close to get it, but Collica counters, but cannot get the escape.
John wants a video review as he thought Collica had a takedown at the end of the third.

Video review says the call is confirmed so Lavallee wins 3-2

Mizzou leads 13-3

I think they rented this ref from Iowa. Might as well let the crowd officiate the match.

I think 74 should be crutchmers. I think he can do well once he gets in shape. First match since the scuffle.
