MODS...Need Help for JCColsCane!

JCColsCane emailed me and said he can't get signed back into DI. I'm not sure if he has lost his password or what. He said last year he had this problem and spoke to someone at Rivals and they talked him through fixing it...but this year he says he can't find a toll free phone # to call them. He said last year that (the best he can remember) is that he was told to go to Rivals and sign out, then sign back in on Rivals, and reboot and he was back on (but that doesn't work this year.) After reading that back...it doesn't sound like a password problem.

I'm not sure if I'm stating his problem correctly or not, but if any mods (or anyone else) have any ideas to pass along, I would greatly appreciate it. Or if I'm not giving enough info...then shoot me some questions to ask JC, and I will contact him. Again, thanks for any possible help.

To get a phone number to their call center, he'll have to email technical support. They'll try to fix it that way first, then they'll go over the phone. That's all I have for now, but I'll try to find out more.
