First time, long time. Can someone explain why every site/expert lists Maryland as a current "bubble" team for March Madness when they have basically the same overall record that we have (not to mention that only one of our non-conference losses was to a team that will not make the tournament and Maryland had a joke of a non-conference schedule), plus they are just 5-8 in the conference?
And while you guys are at it, if we had a regular season 10-8 regular season big ten record last year (not crazy to think we can repeat that), and had a MUCH harder non-conference schedule this year, it's kind of fair to say our choice of non-conference opponents is what really will keep us out of the tourney, no? Last year was so fun and amazing that it's easy to forget we were only 10-8 in the conference.
