Agreed, showed good hands and vision. Was definitely impressed. Needs to take Wilbon touches going forward.

How is he between the tackles? He bounced everything outside the other night albeit it wasn't there inside so good on him.

The kids has a bounce to him. And the backs finally seem to be getting into some rhythm in the passing game. Nugget from Ziggy - “I just think they opened up, we had been focused on staying in, but one thing we worked on (over the bye week) was to stay in and helping out and make sure your guy’s not coming, but then get out and be an outlet. That stuck with us and opened up those check-downs and I’m glad we caught them.”
For the backs, leaking out into the open area is critical.

I know the experts here will hate this, but his pass pro was pretty bad. I know I know I know "who cares" right? Well, the line sucks so bad that our backs need to do well in this area. Time to face the fact that our line play is so bad on BOTH sides, that it hurts their units and severely limits what they can try and do.

I am starting to think that the Cav will just have the OL get foot to foot on passing plays like they do in pee-wee leagues.

They would be better off just locking arms and standing there (on BOTH running and passing plays)

Except that is illegal I believe. We had a play in HS where the linemen would grab the person to their inside around the leg and lift and move forward. It actually worked until someone got tripped up. They outlawed it the next year. It was called A10 in our playbook. Don't ask me how I remember that, I don't remember what I had for breakfast.

On Saturday 7/42 rushing, 3/31 receiving. Has a good second gear and gets to it quicker than Wilbon.
What happened to "More Ozigbo"?

He is the best running back we have remember?

Tre' Bryant should never have been the starter... Do you remember all of these comments 3-4 weeks ago?

This is the problem with our fan base in general, we think we know who is better by a handful of plays. Production wise our best Running Back is Tre' Bryant, but Ozigbo should of been the starter day one right! Then Ozigbo has a bad game so now it is Bradley's turn? What happens when he has a bad game? Time for Mazour... Rose?

There is only one reason why we continue to think one back is better every game...

Our Oline is inconsistent which makes our Running Backs are inconsistent.

Ozigbo is our workhorse, and he needs to continue to be. Bradley can have Wilbon's back up touches, that is fine by me. Jaylin Bradley is a good back, but he is not going to be the difference in a W or L yet.

So the line would get a penalty for illegal blocking? No way! Haha

Sounds like Bradley is iffy with an ankle. Too bad because Ozigbo is really a short yardage guy and Wilson is more of a 3rd down type guy. Would be nice if Bradley could step into the everydown back, especially with Bryant’s knee injury.

I find it strange that if a running back can’t pass block they’re not allowed to play. However, the left tackle can’t pass block, but he plays every down.
