More than one shooter?

I know what happened is awful, and I’m not trying to take away from what a tragedy it was, but after just looking at some of the footage and 911 calls briefly, there had to be more than one shooter. One video clearly shows someone firing on ground level, and they’re not shooting uphill towards the 32nd floor, they’re shooting level. Several calls from the police scanner say they have a shooter(s) on the ground and other than the 32nd floor. Something about this is odd. Thoughts?
