i think he's pretty quickly become our second best player aside from Oweh
Moreno is becoming a heckuva player. It’s a shame that JQ is swelling and may shut it down. Him and Moreno I think are the answer at the 4-5. Who cares about clogging the lane. I mean we get smoked at the rim. Take the gimmes away and go old school. 5 out give the coach very little controls over the game. It just becomes a 3 pt shooting contest and you forgo playing defense. Let’s do this thing traditional with a true 5, a legit strong 5. A real 3, a real 2, and Aberdeen is a pg to me. I think with Aberdeen we are a more coachable team. We can compensate for somethings by playing a different old school style in the front court. And playing our best two guard with Oweh. One is Aberdeen the other??? Would be nice if Jasper could develop faster but pope does not relate to guards.
Love Moreno, he has given 100% to his ability, and has good numbers for a freshman. I think he should look to that 12 to 15 ft shot more. His inside 12 ft game has been real good. He was a Mc D all American for a reason. I hope Johnson comes along also.
