NICE!!

Looks like Clem/FSU is going to be a NOONER! HAHAHAHA. Biggest game in the ACC, not even on prime time. Guess the good think is the necks will have the rest of the day to take their aggression out on the flock.

I'm hoping for 2013 2.0. I remember sitting in the hotel in Knoxville after that terrible loss at Tennessee watching this one. It made the day feel a lot better.

Oh man!! That one was perfect. ESPN made a huge deal about the stupid bus ride around the stadium...They tried every way possible to make a 5 minute corporate charter bus ride some kind of super important tradition. It was a 30 minute infomercial for Clem. Pathetic. Then got their asses kicked. It was great.

That is rather amusing! Good news is that means less Clemson promos that day. So glad MSU is at night!

MSSt game will determine our season. We'll likely be 1-2 going in and it would be very nice to not be 1-3 going to Knoxville.

It is an absolute imperative if we hope to have a winning season. The UNC loss hurt us badly. We just can't lose this game at home and recover from it.

1-3 going to Knoxville means a likely 1-4 coming out. UF, Jax St and Vandy are the only sure wins after that.

We're not a program that needs to keep playing these neutral field openers against major opponents. It hasn't even worked out for the likes of LSU lately. Programs of our caliber need to ease into their seasons.

MSU is going to be a massively huge game for us. We'll be entering 1-2, with our lone win over Furman and desperately needing to salvage our season. Winning the MSU game will stabilize the season somewhat before we head to Knoxville. Lose to MSU and we're staring the down the barrel of a 1-4 start, at best. Could get much, much worse than that.

It would be the most carolina thing ever to beat UGA on the road, then lose to MSU at home.

Yet some claim the Bama win is the greatest in school history even though we choked the next game away.
That was one of the most frustrating games I've ever watched. I was so pissed at HBC. Marcus got hurt and it completely derailed the offense. Second half possessions:

Punt
Punt
Fumble (Garcia)
Punt
INT

No doubt, that is one of the gut-wrenching losses in our history, losing to a bad UK team after taking down #1 Bama by two scores. Nevertheless, we went on to a 9-win season, beat Clemson and played in the SECCG and that season led into our great run through 2013.

Following that UGA win in 2019 we went 3-13 in our next 16 games. It was just a blip in an otherwise totally forgettable time of our program.

Also, we just played better than Bama in that 2010 win. It was mostly even in terms of 1st down, yards and turnovers. We just outplayed them and it was fun to watch. That 2019 win over UGA was mostly b/c they played like crap (and most Fromm). We did not play particularly well.
