Name One Thing You Hope To See A Difference In Today

I'll start and say I hope to see a difference from years past today in offensive play calling predictability.

We always run on first down.

If we do actually pass on first we always run on second.

On second and short we always run.

Not asking to see 70 passes, but do the unexpected sometimes and catch the defense off guard.

Also if we have a 3rd and 6,7ish please run a route that is at the first down line.

Beat Southern Miss fairly easily...yeah they won 9 last year but all against crap teams. We are supposed to be SEC.

Short punts and conservative play calling....please mix up the offensive sets and surprise your opponent.... Love the way Houston's offense is making plays...reverse, laterals, long passes, etc...OU is completely befuddled...

I want to see a more physical team. Several opponents were much more physical last year. And fewer unforced errors.

I wanna see an SEC defense on the field. I wanna see speed and power on the front seven and I wanna see playmakers on the back end. That will give me hope that this season might be something special.
