Nashville AC/DC concert postponed question

I had/have tickets, but last nights show was moved last minute to today, and I can’t stay. They offered a “refund at the point of purchase“ (if requested by 2pm).
Would that include fees and taxes (which were 1/3 the ticket cost)?

Nope, got my refund approval today, and it was only for tic price, haven't had time to call them and "negotiate".

Was bummed, had my wife and two adult daughters in Nash for the past 3 days, after the initial storms, it was a beautiful evening, should have been delayed, not postponed.

We had great seats but could not stay the extra day

Yeah, my girlfriend and I drove 9 hours each way to go to that concert. Arrived Sunday night. But we, but especially she, had to be back Thursday morning which made Wed night concert not possible.

And it turned out Tuesday night wasn’t so bad except 6-6:30 which was before the start time.

But I got a delayed notice today would get the full amount.
