If you have an opportunity, go to Fox News and listen to the singers. Both were done acapella and were excellent.

My daughter always sang the National Anthems acapella at the baseball games. I remember the Orioles would also have her standing on the first base dugout between the top and bottom of the 7th inning and sing America the Beautiful acapella.

OH ya!!! Thanks!! It WAS pretty cool.

It was really crazy seeing my daughter fill up the entire scoreboard while she sang with her name in big letters. And it was also cool how everyone knew who she was and would congratulate her pretty much everywhere we went in the stadium if she was with us. 🙂

Which stadium?

Mostly Camden Yards in Baltimore, although she sang in others.

I remember once she was asked to sing at the opening day Spring Training Game for the Minnesota Twins against the Boston Red Sox In Fort Myers, Florida. Before the game, some guy came up to her in the pre-game meal/cocktail party, and asked her what was the most number of people she ever sang in front of because apparently to him, she looked so young. She said, “I don’t know. 50,000 maybe?” He sheepishly said something like “Oh, ok”. And then just slithered away. 🙂
