Which is why an elite running back will be necessary, and I’m not sure we have one. We were fortunate to have Rocket last season; he had both the home run, the dozer, and could handle blitzes with the best. A one man show won’t fare well.

Reminds me about the state of the program last year leading into spring and summer. There was a lot of excitement around Sellars with us but still some skepticism. I remember an Auburn fan making fun of Ashford for losing the qb battle online to a freshman and I was like the staff is pretty high on this kid, they think he's gonna be pretty good. I would say if I had to look back at last seasons expectations this is probably best case scenario.
