• Peggy Phillips of Pasadena, Texas, has been charged with sexual assault of a child
• Allegedly started an affair with her nephew when he was 15 or 16 after he came to live with her and her husband in 2008
• But Phillips first abused the boy while he was in hospital in 2007
• Once living together, the two had sex 'hundreds of times inside the house'
• She has been held on a $30,000 bond

Not if it's a nephew from her husband's side. if he's 16 yrs old in a consensual state, that means the hundreds of times they had sex would be legal.
