Suing a teacher for $10 million. Seems like a good strategy. I'm sure one who boinks 16 years old and has two sleeves of tattoos has been saving up for years.

Also ....

Yea, pretty much a no brainer that he's never going to get $750k from that woman.

Is there a new teaching method that these women are being taught these days compared to the old days? They are taking Sex Ed way to literally if that is what it is. It probably was going on back then as well, but the pickings were slim and no social media to spread it like wildfire.

Our old teachers were pretty much in menopause already and didn't have that urge to sleep with inexperienced teens like these mostly younger women. I'm afraid to even pull out my high school yearbook. There would not be any wood/would from those teacher's pics.

It is because most likely the school insurer is going to be on the hook for it. Possible they denied coverage but hard to do in these situations.

The jock boasted about the trysts on Facebook and even crowed about his conquest when he was tossed in detention for mocking the situation, a classmate told The Post last summer.

Pretty amazing the Judge awarded 750K in damages, but it doesn't look like she bothered to defend herself or even file an Answer. It sounds like a default judgment was entered and he had to base his award on the allegations without any outside testimony.

I guess the warning order attorney put in about the same amount of effort as her spray tan booth operator.

Didn't read the article so I didn't know that. The school insurer didn't even provide defense so they must have solid grounds and denied coverage. Or more likely settled presuit and hung her out to dry. Can't blame them.
