  • A 23-year-old high school teacher was arrested Wednesday by authorities North Carolina for allegedly having sex with a 17-year-old male student
  • Katherine Ross Ridenhour, a teacher at Cox Mill High School, was charged with two counts of indecent liberties with a student
  • She was employed at the Cox Mill High School in Concord as a family and consumer science teacher

It does make you wonder with all the teachers that are getting caught how many go unnoticed... wish we had teachers like this back then... I never had a teacher that was only less than 10 years older lol

This is why CatPaw is the best Interweb in the Galaxy. I saw a thread like this on Reddit and the Gaffots were like, "child abuse" and "raping minors is wrong". I couldn't wrap my head around the idea that any man would be able to honestly say that f they were a teenager, they would have turned down sex, much less felt violated by getting sex when they were the horniest they ever had been in their lives.

I believe that mothers find out. Or jealous friends blab. Or teen girls. Or stupid social media.

Hide it. Enjoy it. One day, you'll have to work entirely too hard to get it.

Good for the kid, but what compels these young attractive women to go for high school boys? She could go get it from any straight male she walks up to and a pimply faced 17 year old is what she's in to? Kinda weird imo

Gotta be the fact that they flirt all day every day at school and find some rush in it and then that becomes not enough so they gotta go beyond that to get the same rush. Only explanation.

I think it's called something like proximity infatuation. People are more prone to be attracted to those they are around a lot. Prolly why so many workplace affairs happen.
