Can't ever really be sure if that's an itch he needs to scratch in his career at some point, but whereas it's a given that most younger coaches would be gone, think it's a much smaller chance with Pope.

I would be absolutely shocked if he ever left for any other job at all.

I imagine his mentor, Pitino, would give him pretty pointed advice on the matter of leaving Kentucky too.

Given their close relationship, I'd like to think Pitino would dissuade him from making the same mistake he did
