Some more chaos from the NCGA. Not the star of the bill but the thing I want to focus on tucked in there is wording to classify charters as non profit private entities over a dress code issue that broke federal law. Now the legal discrimination can occur. How will this impact sports? Will schools be allowed to chunk the lottery and truly pick and choose their students now?
