NC/SC sites selected:

2019 - Columbia, SC. USC gets an exemption and plays home NCAA games.
2020 - Greensboro. Nice that town hosts again.
2021 - Raleigh. Not a fan of arena or area.
2022 - Greenville, SC. USC will be #11 seed playing there!

Charlotte was shut out which is surprising, clearly best city of the group with bars/restaurants/hotels within feet of the arena. ACC Tourney being held in Charlotte 2019 plus 2018 NCAAT.

They should've laughed in our faces and told us to try again next cycle.

Funny thing is we "got rid" of the law but the new one is basically the same and everyone shut up lol.

Not fair to punish the public b/c politicians cannot get their acts together.
I agree, but it's a time-honored tactic and I generally think we should direct blame to the same politicians.
Where possible, I prefer the choice of an artist, for example, to perform, then donate proceeds to whatever cause, like Joel McHale did w/ the LGBTQ Center in Durham last year.
