Very early, but Texas Southern has jumped on LSU a bit and is leading 2-0 in the top of the 1st.

Southern Miss made a strong push back and scored 3 runs. Game now 6-4 in the bottom of the 5th.

Southern Miss now battling back 6-6 in the bottom of the 6th. LSU has also stormed back 4-3 in the bottom of the third.

By the way, why did the Stanford regional start yesterday? Threat of rain today or what? Stanford won 10-0 and CSU Fullerton beat BYU 13-2 last night in that regional.

Southern Miss got the lead in the bottom of the 6th 7-6. Illinois Chicago has committed 3 errors and they are reeling at the moment. Southern Miss still threatening.

At the NC State and Indiana game, a photographer on the UK dugout took a line drive foul ball off the side of his head. They stopped play. It was a scary sight.

Mississippi State in big trouble, bottom of the 9th down 3. With their pitching woes, a loser's bracket would probably do them in. One down already.

Just feel like we will have to play better tomorrow...even though we had 13 hits the bats still didn't feel as juiced as we've seen...guessing Lewis goes tomorrow.

I see no network coverage listed. I go to the secsports.com, go to the baseball page and click on the "WATCH LIVE" (or whatever the button is called) button. It is much better to have it on TV and then mute it and listen to Neil Price

You probably aren't thinking that way if you're Stanford or Fullerton or one of the other teams in that regional. not sure why BYU's beliefs should trump the convenience of the other three teams.

We play the same and I think we will be fine. Could have been better but 6 runs should be enough. Would like to see us do a bit better with 0 and 1 outs but if the pitching and hitting is similar to yesterday we will be just fine.

Indiana & Ohio was on ESPNU. Fingers crossed we will be on the same. Lots of rain delays today in several regions. Might dictate T V coverage.
