Slugger I’m watching the LSU & Gonzaga game. It looks like Gonzaga is better than UK. Pitiful.Shame about filthy orange⚾️
Well they were better in basketball tooSlugger I’m watching the LSU & Gonzaga game. It looks like Gonzaga is better than UK. Pitiful.
19-1 and I love it. Good ole “Sully” getting that a** whipped.Make it 14-1. Jags have something like a dozen hits in the bottom of the 6th
Not saying a lot..Slugger I’m watching the LSU & Gonzaga game. It looks like Gonzaga is better than UK. Pitiful.
I love that Florida got drilled after the way they acted in Lexington. A bunch of no class jerks.
True but we got hosed by the umps in the Saturday game. Florida batter got 4 strikes and it cost us the game. After that the team just tanked unfortunately.I agree. But those no class jerks broke Kentucky that weekend. This team was never the same after that loss.
I have a strong dislike for Florida, maybe even more than Tennessee.I love that Florida got drilled after the way they acted in Lexington. A bunch of no class jerks.
Ben McDonald is a class act but it's trash that ESPN assigned him to the LSU regional, especially when they aren't even the 1 seed.
The only reason that happened is because Mainieri is retiring.
The UK vs FL SEC tournament game soured me on McDonald and Burke. Every other word was “Sully.” I thought both came off as showing no respect for UK and total clowns. Perhaps UK doesn’t deserve a ton of respect but as announcers you should be somewhat impartial. I felt at times it was the FL radio network. I can tell Burke has little respect for UK anyway, but he sure likes UL.Ben McDonald is a class act but it's trash that ESPN assigned him to the LSU regional, especially when they aren't even the 1 seed.
McDonald and Burke are the two biggest “homers” on the SEC network. The guy that played at Ole Miss is really good in my opinion, even though his name escapes me at the moment.Ben McDonald is a class act but it's trash that ESPN assigned him to the LSU regional, especially when they aren't even the 1 seed.
They do but they’ve earned it.Possibly, but I think LSU is one of those teams that gets that kind of preferential treatment regardless.
David Dellucci.McDonald and Burke are the two biggest “homers” on the SEC network. The guy that played at Ole Miss is really good in my opinion, even though his name escapes me at the moment.
That’s it. Thanks. Dellucci and Kyle Peterson are the best.David Dellucci.
He's from Louisville. So is Justin Thomas who went to Ala to play golf and he's a big U6 fan as well .The UK vs FL SEC tournament game soured me on McDonald and Burke. Yep I knew that. If UL was as good as they are today, Burke would have went to UL in my opinion. He's from Louisville. So is Justin Thomas who went to Ala to play golf and he's a big U6 fan as well .
Question about Virginia: Why was their Super played in Columbia SC?
Virginia was a 3 seed in a regional hoated by USC and Dallas Baptist was a 2 in a regional hosted by TCU. Since they both won and neither schools were host sites, the NCAA picked a 'neutral' site that was a host site. So USC got it. Could have stuck it in Dallas at TCU, but let's face it... they gave it to the bigger fanbase to make more money.
I think part of it was a Covid19 protocol quirk.
Pretty much what I figured, but did it draw well?
No. Founder's Park seats around 8,000 people and I think they probably never got over 2,000 total. I think Monday's game was no more than 1,300. If they held it at Virginia then they probably would have had a full 6,000+ for each game.
