Not that it matters now because UL is in the ACC but the Big East did win 2 of the last 4 titles and UConn who was a Big East team won last year.

When you have the most teams of any other conference and receive 8 or 9 bids to the NCAA IMO it certainly increases the odds that you might get a few to win it all.

Last year all of the talk was about the weak SEC and they only got 3 bids but two made it to the final four and one to the final two and who knows what UT might have done if they had not been put in the same region as another SEC team which makes no sense since the SEC had only three teams in the tournament. Oh well just another of those unexplainable BS seedings of the NCAA committee which has gotten stranger and stranger of late.

Don't let the trolls see that, it will kill their agenda. The trolls I'm speaking of are national sports journalists.

It doesn't really surprise me.

I mean, Kentucky is like 18 - 3 in NCAA tourney.

i think Florida did well too or decently. Which accounts for probably 75% of the wins, if not more.

Nope, I've been watching and fuming. SOS garbage anoints certain conferences as good or bad. Like the B12 this year, proclaimed the best conference. They are garbage like usual, but the numb nuts in the media can't see past their noses. You would think that even a simpleton would eventually catch on. Nope. Sports journalists aren't even that smart.

Duke and UNC could have....but didn't

OP's point is still valid even if UK & UF account for most

Hmmm, let's see, Duke and North Carolina had same opportunity, Kamsas and the rest of the vaunted 12 had a chance, the Big Least is no where to be found, Arizona and Pac 10 where are they, Big 10 Michigan State, Michigan, Ohio State, what's their excuse?

These stats are never shown because it doesnt fit their biased narrative.
