Neath a Western Sky is a two-hour biography of Sherri Coale that begins with her love of basketball as a young girl and brings us to her Hall of Fame selection. Boren describes how his wife, having played basketball, insisted that she have a role in the selection of a coach, and she was a voice in his first coaching hire at OU. Joe Castiglione addresses her place in women's basketball and her role as an ambassador of the University of Oklahoma and a representative of what they value most in student athletes. We learn the strength of the relationship between Sherri and Jan Ross, and the good fortune in the discovery of Stacy Dales by DeCosta on a trip to see another point guard. We learn of the good fortune of how OU ended up with Phylesha Whaley, the cornerstone of the program.

I think you will appreciate the position of everyone involved with the program and its continuity. Rising from almost pure ashes, it was the ascension of a quest for excellence in the individual that takes pride in what they have become in life.

Sounds interesting. Where can I find this biography? Netflix? RedBox? YouTube?
It is on three more times on FOX sports OK. As I understand, it is on COX 271 at 7:00 PM tonight. Another showing will be on Cox OKC at 6:00 PM on March 9.
