Nebraska’s surge gives us hope

They were 2-7 in the league with a bunch of close losses and everyone assumed they were cooked. Well, they just beat Illinois at home (in OT) and kicked Oregon’s *** in Eugene last night. Now they’re back in a few brackets this morning as an 11 seed.

I’m not saying we will get back into the brackets but there’s no reason we can’t win 4-5 more games this season and at least get to the NIT. The schedule isn’t easy but it isn’t a major gauntlet like it was earlier this year.

WE are good for 7 wins in our current iteration. Below that you start questioning what in the world is going on.

Stress on current iteration as if Nick gets hurt we might be good for 1 more.

Nebraska has a really good player in Brice Williams, and 2 guys who reliably hit 3s.

Unless the Frosh can add a little scoring off the bench, I don't see this team winning many of the remaining games.
