Sort of like when PSU lost to UCLA right after they fired their HC. Although I think that was mainly related to being unmotivated and unprepared, something that fell onto our HC at the time. I think Nebraska was motivated and prepared, but more for a downtrodden team, and not a more talented and motivated Penn State. They ran into the buzzsaw.

Plain and simple it was because or defense was absolute crap, and if it could have simply stopped the QB from running all over the damn field, PSU would have won. That was on Knowles. It has taken a while, but I think Knowles has figured out what this team is and is not capable of now. It takes time to get that feel.

Lateef is no Raiola but he is pretty darn good for a backup, especially as a freshman.

Yeah, I wonder if they can hold on to him.

Osborne did it at a time when other schools weren’t paying their players to the level he was…want the money, you go to Nebraska. Now that you cleft paid anywhere, there’s no reason to go to Nebraska.

not only that, Nebraska had a brand that was on TV a lot, and at that time, that was not very common. Now I can watch pretty much every team on a weekly basis.

There's something about that guy's demeanor that I can't stand. So glad he's not coming to Penn State.
