He is reported to be hand-clocked around the 4.3 range or faster. Punt returner who can wiggle away from tackles and gain an additional 15 yds of field position is huge.
I remember when we would hold a team to 3 and out, them punting out of their end zone and Ace would always put us on the other side of mid-field to start a drive. Next year if we could just field the short punts we would automatically gain 15- 20 yds per possession.
