Anyone going to listen to him at the Palace on the 9th. I enjoy his TV work and thought I would give this a try. I am not sure what to expect but it should be interesting.

Seriously, mucho respect for Mr. Tyson. Loved his work on Cosmos. I even made it a point to watch his show while on vacation a couple years ago. He's awesome.

He seems like a jackass to me, funny how on twitter he has mocked Christians many times but certainly doesn't have the sack to mock Muslims.

The guy is too smart for his own understanding. It’s just a matter of time before he has his fauci moment when the asteroid comes and he convinces humanity to all go underground for a couple months
I was actually proud of myself for being somewhat up to date on my science stuff. Definitely entertaining. It all became basic stuff that if you had watched his shows you knew.
He actually did use the word asteroid tonight but I think we're OK.

I went last night. Problem is that I’ve watched universe documentaries on YouTube before going to sleep for years and I’ve seen enough Tyson to know his primary topics. So not a lot new in his presentation. But was cool seeing him in person. Definitely different than the rock concerts I usually see at The Palace

Neil deGasbag Tyson.....He's a pompous ***. I saw him "interviewing" a pentagon official (maybe weapons development or something) & he kept interrupting replies to his own questions, with completely wrong assumptions/answers.
