I read where back around Christmas time they received a third NOA and it's mentioned basketball and football. Also mentioned about s infractions committee hearing. Does this mean that sanctions and penalties are coming and now they saying basketball is being mentioned. Is this what's going on. Thanks for the input I'm trying to catch up what's going on. To me this would me based on the letter that titles and or wins could be vacated ?

They got a third NOA and it says men's basketball received improper benefits. So this all but says titles are gone? Looks like penalties will come around late summer/ fall time frame

I don't know where I've been. This is news to me. I just can't imagine unc doing anything that would put their basketball program in bad light or jeopardy. Way too much integrity and great character in that program. That's just not the carolina way. I think it's much to do about nothing. guru gary-7 has not mentioned it and he knows about everything that's going on. OFC

It does seem like something is going to happen. They mentioned basketball in the allegations now. So a hearing has and will take place and then they announce what sanctions. This much will take place. But then the question is whether they hit basketball hard after the hearing or not. We will just have to see

I have this sinking feeling UNC takes it all this year, after watching the bizarre ending of the Arkansas game it almost SEEMS the NCAA WANTS to hand it to em. Why??? Because of the inevitable GOOD NEWS- I truly feel w/the 3rd NOA, sannctions are INEVITABLE from the COI....

I don't think they can beat UCLA or Kentucky. The only position they will have against UCLA is SF, cause Justin Jackson is a stud this year. But Lonzo Ball is Jason Kid with a jumper, and DAaron Fox is a game changer on both ends of the court. Kansas still might be still better all these teams.

I think UCLA has a better chance to beat UNC and keep them from going to the final four than U.K. Does.
