With the official season coming to a close tonight, how does everyone feel about the new coaching staffs first year?

It is not just the Coaching staff although they played a big role in the turnaround.
You have to thank the AD, a huge donor, John Smith for stepping aside with class and support, and the fans for coming out and supporting the team.
We seem to have a wrestling program again that can compete at the highest level, which requires everyone doing their part to make it happen.
OSU has some good momentum, need to keep it going and build upon it.

Very pleased with them. Getting a Big 12 Championship, a top 3 finish and potentially 3 individual champions is great first impression.
Was an absolute success in any measure you want to look at. There were some quiet concerns if we would see some inexperience and growing pains from this staff and we saw anything but that.
We scored more in the NCAA championship after the first day than we had in the previous 3. Won the conference, saw six AA’s and are going to watch 3 cowboys in the finals tonight.
Beyond that and maybe more important than the above we saw clear indications that this staff can develop and push guys to high limits. That ability to develop is the most important factor in chasing down PSU the next several years.
