Wow, now sure about this. Going to take some getting used to as it looks weird.
Like anything that changes, it's going to take a minute to get used to it, but I'm sure by this time next week, most of us will be okay with the change.
It's not too bad. I think once we get used to it, we will look back and not miss the older format one bit. Unless I missed it, I still wish there was a way to PM other posters.

Click on someone's name and then when their profile comes up select 'Start a Conversation'. That is the PM feature.
It's something we've talked about. They wanted to get the new servers up and going and look at storage and stability of the databases before we turned on that feature. It's something that we are pushing for though.
Another GREAT improvement is the ease of using SoonerScoop on a smartphone, in my case, Safari browser on my iPhone. Now I can be annoying 24/7! Josh, Cary and Rivals, Thanks.
Wrote something earlier with specifics about why I like the upgrade ... but seniled out and forgot to "post" it. Anyway, great upgrade; my only question is, why so much space within the message boxes?
I like the look. I just wish it had a thumbs down button, as well. 
I'm a traditionalist. Having the Sooners play any uniform that's not white makes me.. oh wait, different topic.
I agree....seems to be a lot of empty space on each post, requiring more scrolling. But looks great!
There's a small up/down arrow on the bottom right that might assist. I'm not sure what's up with all the 'awards' though. I can't find any info on them

It's a total clean slate...ignore lists are reset too. It's a new start for everyone!!

Any chance we can upload gif's as avatars again? Uploaded a gif earlier as an avatar and it set it as a static image. No gif movement was pretty emotionally disturbing and frustrating....lol

I've got disappointing news for you Fitty. The Ignore feature is still here. Click on a user's name. You'll see "ignore".

True story. First thing I did was ignore 22. Again. For the 275th time. But I keep unignoring the beautiful man. It's a hard habit to break.
