This will be the best team Murphy has played in years. They are loaded.
Murphy will get beat in this matchup by 3 plus TD's. Rabun is loaded, south Pitt would have possibly been close, but this will be a blowout.

Meh, go strap it up and play the game.
Murphy is "dealing with it" by scheduling them in the first place. This Rabun County team would beat any 1A NC team this season. Murphy will lose this game, probably handily, but they'll be better off for it if they learn some things because 'Dogs wont see a team this good the rest of the year no matter who they see in the playoffs.
Hey credit to them for scheduling it, we're in an odd era who would've ever thought pretty much every team would have to be scheduling multiple games mid season.
Rabun doesn’t have a true RB. QB is there best runner. Offense gets all the publicity. Defense held a loaded Jefferson team (4A) to 22 points.
They may be better off or they may have shot theirselves in the foot. Hopefully no injuries

From what I heard we reached out to several other schools and some flat out refused to play us.....not mentioning any names(Smoky).
Smoky has terrible luck with the SMC.
However they do undoubtedly win the cockiest coach and team award..just NOTHING to back it up with

How does this team compare to the Christ School team that Murphy played a couple of years ago? Better or worse?
I’ve seen Rabun several times with Gunner and they would have rolled Christ school. They are that good. He ges a lot of their publicity but he’s far from there only weapon. They love to spread you out then qb dive up the gut. You will probably see him jog in backwards into the end zone at least once.
