Building codes in NE Mississippi do not call for wind resistant design anywhere close to cat 5. Hell , we don't have to do it in South Florida. We have to design to 140 mph in coastal Collier County which is a mid cat 4. With a budget of around $6mil, no way they have paid the $$ to design to cat 5 winds. You can look at a structure and tell if it's built to cat 5 standard and the dawgzillatron is not. That little archy thing on top would be the first to go. I'm sure they have built it to the min design standard. If it gets a direct hit from a tornado, insurance will cover.
