I've heard some talk about new rule changes but have heard no specifics. Can anyone enlighten us?
New rules for 2015-2016

Off the top of my head is 2 and 4 point NF, no more 3. No more 4 pt TF. Interlocking fingers is a stall. When some one goes outhe of bounds ref can call stall on guy going out, the guy who pushed him out or no call. They put in something about penalties for coaches leaving designated areas. Also something with challenging calls, so the miller-realbuto debacle doesn't happen again.

I don't see anything about coaches leaving area, so I was wrong there. Also there is something about unethical timeouts. It says time and scoring, but I wonder if that includes asking about locked hands like Henson did last year.
